How long does it take to receive my order?

Every Woollyfull piece is handmade with care. Processing times may vary depending on the product:

Small accessories (scarves, hats): 5–7 business days (production).
Medium garments (vests, tops): 7–15 business days (production).
Custom designs: 15–20 business days (production).

📦 Shipping from Colombia to the U.S. usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the carrier and customs. You will always be informed of the estimated delivery time before confirming your purchase.

Do you ship within the U.S.?

How should I care for my Woollyfull piece?

To make your garment last longer, we recommend:

Do not twist or wring.
Avoid direct ironing.

How do payments work?

Can I return or exchange a product?

You have five business days to return a product. In addition, if your garment arrives with any manufacturing defect, we will take care of repairing or replacing it at no additional cost.
